Golden Hawk Athletic Tradition

El Dorado High School has a very rich tradition of success in athletics since opening its doors in 1966. The Golden Hawks have captured over 200 varsity league championships, as well as 30 CIF Southern Section and one State titles to date. 23 other teams have finished as runners-up in CIF competition. 68 Hawk athletes have also won individual CIF titles, as well as 8 others capturing State championships.
